Are you a hands-on hospitality leader who enjoys being actively involved in the day-to-day operation while helping shape the future direction of a venue?

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager to lead a well-established bowling and community social club located in the heart of Newport. Reporting directly to the Board, you'll oversee all facets of the operation while working closely with members, staff, and stakeholders to ensure the continued success of the club.

This role would suit an experienced club or hospitality professional looking for their next challenge, as well as an established General Manager seeking a rewarding opportunity to maintain their current level of responsibility or transition into a lifestyle-focused leadership role.

About the Role

As General Manager, you will take ownership of the club's day-to-day operations while supporting the Board in delivering strategic objectives and future growth initiatives. This is a diverse, hands-on role that requires strong operational leadership, commercial acumen, and a genuine passion for community clubs.
