Job summary

Trend Windows & Doors in Queensland seeks a senior leader to drive revenue growth and EBITDA across sales, service and operations for the region. You will manage a large manufacturing plant and showroom network with about 120 staff, reporting to the national leadership team.

You will shape strategy, lead lean operations, and foster a high-performance culture while delivering safe, efficient, and profitable outcomes for the business and its customers.

Represent Trend Windows & Doors, a leader in the national building products industry, and take full responsibility for delivering a sustainable and profitable business locally for the Queensland region.

This senior leadership role has full P&L accountability for revenue and EBITDA, including sales, service, and operational functions.

As part of the Trend leadership team, you will contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the business while managing a large operational manufacturing plant and showrooms with just over 120 employees.
