An iconic Queensland home builder seeks an experienced Sales Manager to join their team. This role oversees the display home sales team, sets KPIs, and guides marketing strategies to drive growth in a premium segment.

You will recruit and develop sales and operations staff, review pricing approvals, monitor market trends, and nurture relationships with developers to sustain a leading market position.

Qualifications

• 3 years + Sales Management experience.
• Experience in the volume home building industry.
• Strong leadership , high problem solving and decision making skills.
• Analytical, detail orientated, pro active and results driven.
