Job summary

Stegbar, part of the VENTORA Group, seeks a senior leader to oversee the South Australia windows business from Pooraka. You will drive revenue, manage the P&L, and lead seven direct reports across manufacturing and service teams, ensuring profitability and market growth while sustaining safety and governance standards.

About The Role

Based in Pooraka, this senior leadership position offers full P&L responsibility for sales and operations at Stegbar Windows South Australia.

Leading a team of 7 direct reports and 45 employees, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, team engagement and profitability across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales, business development and growth initiatives
• Own the business unit P&L, budgeting and forecasting
• Drive operational performance, productivity and DIFOT outcomes
