Job summary

Visy Group is seeking a motivated, regionally based sales professional to manage and grow a portfolio of tropical produce customers in Mareeba/Atherton Tablelands, QLD. This full-time role will act as Visy’s on-the-ground representative, building relationships and delivering sustainable packaging solutions.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and superior service to growers, with a focus on driving growth and supporting the circular economy in Australia’s

Role Details:

This is a full-time, customer-facing role based in Mareeba / Atherton Tablelands, QLD, right in the heart of tropical produce country. You’ll report directly to the Fibre Packaging Manager and play a key role in supporting regional growers with tailored packaging solutions.

As Visy’s on-the-ground representative, you’ll be the face of our fibre packaging business in the region-building relationships, solving problems, and helping our customers thrive. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and deliver packaging solutions that are not only functional but also sustainable.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on customer engagement with strategic growth initiatives, all while contributing to the circular economy in one of Australia’s most vibrant agricultural regions.

What You’ll Do:

• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.
