Job summary

GPC Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Geelong operation and drive branch performance, customer growth and team development. You will own profitability, safety, and supplier relationships while shaping the branch's strategic direction and service delivery.

You will manage a high-performing team, deliver sales targets, and foster long-term partnerships with customers and stakeholders. This leadership role offers career progression within a global industrial business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a branch, business unit, service centre or industrial operation.
• Demonstrated responsibility for P&L performance and commercial outcomes.
• Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, trade wholesale or related sectors.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of branch operations, including sales targets, profitability and operations.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team.
• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
• Ensure operational efficiency and inventory management.
• Champion a strong safety culture and WHS compliance.
