Direct Recruitment is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Geelong branch, overseeing sales, service, warehousing and deliveries. This full-time role offers ownership of branch performance and the opportunity to drive growth within a supportive, collaborative workplace.

You will manage budgets, lead a diverse team, build strong relationships with customers and project partners, and promote a strong safety culture across operations. The position is based in Geelong, Australia.

Formación

• Proven leadership within infrastructure or construction industries.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L, budgets and forecasting experience.
• Ability to lead and develop sales and operations teams.
• Commitment to safety and compliant working environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM and business management systems (Salesforce/SAP preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Own branch P&L and drive profitable growth across customers, products, pricing and sales performance.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across sales, customer service, warehousing, transport and operations.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations: orders, inventory, logistics and workforce planning.
• Build relationships with customers, contractors and project partners to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, wages, stock availability, inventory turnover and overall cost control.
• Promote a strong safety culture and maintain high HSEQ standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across customer experience, productivity and overall branch performance.
