Job summary

Motion is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Geelong operation, responsible for branch performance, customer growth, and team development in a high-profile role within a global industrial business.

You will drive sales and profitability, build strategic customer relationships, and ensure safety and operational excellence while collaborating with regional leaders to share best practice and pursue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a branch, business unit, service center or industrial operation
• Demonstrated responsibility for P&L performance and commercial outcomes
• Strong business development and customer relationship management skills
• Experience within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, trade wholesale or related sectors.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills
• Current Australian Driver's License

• Delivering branch sales, profitability and operational targets

• Building and maintaining strategic customer relationships
