Domain Group is seeking an Account Manager/Sales Executive to own a client portfolio in Geelong and the surrounding region. You will drive revenue through consultative selling, build lasting partnerships, and present solutions to key stakeholders both virtually and in person.

You will manage the entire sales cycle, negotiate value, and expand product adoption while working within a hybrid model with opportunities for career growth within Sales Management.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B consultative selling/account management.
• Autonomy and self-initiative in managing client portfolios.
• Ability to craft custom product solutions for clients.
• Strong negotiation and influence skills for win-win outcomes.
• Public speaking and presenting to client decision-makers.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage a portfolio of residential Real Estate agency clients in Geelong CBD and Greater West.
• Consultative solution selling across Domain's product portfolio.
• Oversee full sales cycle from first meetings to contract execution and reporting.
