Job summary

We Do Gardens is seeking an experienced Gardener to join our Inner West Sydney team. You will maintain gardens, trim trees, and operate power tools in a busy outdoor environment. A positive attitude and reliable work ethic are essential for long-term success.

Requirements include 1+ year gardening experience, ability to drive a manual car, and a Car class licence to transport equipment. TAFE horticulture qualification is a plus, and visa/citizenship status should be suitable for ongoing

Join Our Garden Crew – We're Hiring an Experienced Gardener!

Do you love working outdoors, getting your hands dirty, and making gardens look their absolute best? We're looking for an experienced gardener, with a good attitude, who loves gardening, can drive a manual car to join our friendly team in Sydney's Inner West!

We are a team of hard working guys in their late twenties/early thirties looking for another 2 guys to join our team, we are looking for people with good vibes, a hard work ethic, who are looking for something long term. We have a lot of jobs all over the Inner West. Every day is fun and different.

• $35-$40 per hour (based on experience)
• Consistent work (Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM)

About the Role

As part of our growing team, you'll be responsible for maintaining beautiful gardens, trimming trees, and using power tools to keep things looking pristine. You'll also have the chance to learn and grow in a hands-on environment!

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1+ years of gardening experience – You've worked with plants and power tools before!
• Skilled in using power tools and comfortable with trimming trees and maintaining outdoor spaces
• Manual car licence – We need someone who can drive and transport equipment
• Car (C class) licence required – You must hold a valid Car class licence to drive company vehicles and transport equipment
• Australian citizen or long-term visa holder – We're ready to welcome a team member who is settled and committed
• TAFE qualification in horticulture or garden maintenance is a plus (but if you're an apprentice or on your way there, we're still keen to hear from you!)
