Job summary

Innovative Garden Group is seeking a dedicated Garden Maintenance Assistant to join our close-knit team on a full-time basis. You will work on high-end residential gardens, delivering meticulous pruning, planting, mowing and upkeep while representing the company with professionalism.

You will travel between sites across the Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs, bringing sound horticultural knowledge and pride in delivering quality results for discerning clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of garden maintenance or horticulture experience.
• Certificate II or III in Horticulture is a bonus but not essential.
• A natural with clients, friendly, professional, and takes pride in representing the team.
• Punctual, hardworking, and genuinely passionate about quality results.

Responsibilities
