Job summary

Spirit Level Designs P/L in Sydney maintains bespoke, high-end residential gardens and offers a structured, team-oriented workplace. You will be part of a small crew delivering cultivation, irrigation checks, and pest management across Sydney's private gardens.

The role requires qualifications in Horticulture (preferred) and at least 1 year in a similar role, with the ability to operate gardening power tools. Full-time rights; no visa sponsorship. Mon-Fri, 7am-3pm.

In this role you will be maintaining bespoke, high-end residential gardens, and enjoy variety and challenge, as every garden has something different.

Most of our gardens are on the Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs. We work 7am - 3pm, no weekends. We run small teams and work hard to develop a positive and welcoming team environment, and you will be a valued part of that.

We offer a very competitive salary, commensurate with your experience.

Ideally we are looking for someone with formal qualifications in Horticulture, and a minimum of 1 year's experience in high-end residential garden maintenance. You must be able to competently operate gardening power tools.

The garden maintenance industry is growing fast in Australia, and there is a significant shortage of experienced crew. Well trained gardeners will continue to be highly sought after. We also provide ongoing on-the-job training to develop your skills and plant knowledge, and the chance to work in some of Sydney's most beautiful private gardens.
