Green by Nature in Fairfield, NSW seeks a Garden Maintenance Team Member to support maintenance and enhancement of client green spaces in and around Fairfield. This hands-on role suits an experienced gardener or landscaper who enjoys varied daily tasks and a strong team culture.

You will handle garden tasks with hand and power tools, plant, weed, prune, mow, and prepare soil while following safety protocols and quality standards. A valid driver's license and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' hands-on experience in a similar garden maintenance role.
• Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens highly regarded but not essential.
• Valid driver's license and White Card (or willingness to obtain).
• National Police Check and WWCC (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Garden maintenance tasks using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Planting, weeding, pruning, and watering.
• Mowing and whipper snipping lawns, trimming edges and hedging.
• Preparing soil, mulching and planting beds.
• Adhering to safety protocols for a safe work environment.
