Green by Nature is seeking a Garden Maintenance Team Member in Western Australia. You will maintain and enhance outdoor spaces, bringing passion for craft and a collaborative approach to the team.

With 2+ years of hands-on gardening experience, you will operate a range of equipment, plant, prune, and care for turf and beds. A valid licence and white card are desirable; a positive attitude and strong communication will help you thrive in our safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens highly regarded but not essential.
• 2+ years' hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver's licence and a white card (or willingness to obtain).
• Eye for detail and passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Team player who values colleagues' input and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
• Plant, weed, prune, and water garden beds.
• Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas.
• Prepare soil, mulch beds and plantings.

About the Role

As a Garden Maintenance Team Member, you will be maintaining and enhancing gardens and outdoor spaces.

We’re looking for a collaborative team player with strong communication skills. This hands‑on role is ideal for an experienced gardener or landscaper who’s passionate about their craft and enjoys the variety of doing something different every day!

Responsibilities

• Use of a variety of equipment such as push mower, whipper snipper, hedger, pole pruner, small plant machinery and basic hand tools
• Planting, weeding, pruning, and watering
• Mowing and whipper snipping lawns, trimming edges, and caring for turf areas
• Preparing soil, mulching and planting beds
• Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
• Adhering to safety protocols for a safe work environment

About You

You have proven yourself to have a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.

• Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens will be highly regarded, but is not essential
