Western Downs Regional Council is seeking a Ganger to support the Works Supervisor in delivering construction and maintenance tasks that sustain community and council infrastructure. The role focuses on leading teams and ensuring high standards of workmanship across our growing region in Dalby, QLD.

The position offers permanent, full-time employment with competitive benefits. A relevant Certificate III in Civil Construction or equivalent experience is required, with licence prerequisites

Qualificações

• Certificate III in Civil Construction or equivalent experience.
• Verification of competency in operation of various types of plant.
• OH&S Construction Safety Induction White Card.
• LR class drivers licence required or willingness to obtain.
• HR licence desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high level support to the Works Supervisor, leading construction and maintenance tasks.
• Deliver services to sustain community and council infrastructure.
• Support liveability and environment improvements in the Western Downs region.
