Job summary

Western Downs Regional Council is seeking a dedicated Works Supervisor to deliver and oversee construction and maintenance programs that support community infrastructure and regional liveability.

You will apply a Certificate IV in Civil Construction or equivalent, hold a White Card, and a current Open C Class Driver's Licence, with opportunities for growth, salary packaging, and health and wellbeing programs.

Relocation support may be available; applications close 29 October 2026.

Qualifications

Certificate IV in Civil Construction or equivalent experience.
WH&S Construction Safety Induction White Card required.
Open C Class Driver's Licence required.

Responsibilities

Managing and supervising construction and maintenance projects to deliver works on time and within budget.
Establishing project outcomes, prioritising tasks and monitoring progress.
