Job summary

Sonnel Hospitality Group's Marrickville Tavern in Sydney is seeking an experienced Gaming Manager to lead the daily operations of the gaming room, ensuring the highest standard of guest experience, compliance and teamwork.

You will supervise staff across bar, gaming and TAB, drive exceptional service, enforce policy and cash controls, and rotate rosters to develop expertise in all aspects of venue management.

Qualifications

• Essential: Current RSA, RCG & ARCG Competency Cards.
• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience in a similar role with strong venue operations knowledge.
• Hands-on leadership approach and strong people skills.
• National Police Check as part of due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across bar, gaming, and TAB sections.
• Supervise and support staff to uphold exceptional customer service.
• Enforce adherence to policies, including cash control and compliance.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and effective communication.
• Flexibility to work across days, nights and weekends; rotating rosters.
