Job summary
Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced Gaming Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the gaming room across our Queensland venues.
You will work closely with the Venue Manager to drive revenue, monitor KPIs and ensure high compliance standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will lead, coach and develop the gaming team, manage audits and reporting, and support promotions and guest engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience as Gaming Manager or senior gaming staff.
- Strong knowledge of Queensland gaming compliance and responsible gambling.
- Ability to lead, coach and develop a gaming team.
- RSA/RSG certificates and RMLV/Approved Manager or willingness to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily gaming operations and maintain a strong floor presence.
- Drive gaming revenue, performance and KPIs.
- Review results and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Support gaming promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Queensland gaming legislation and responsible gambling.
- Manage audits, cash controls and reporting.
- Recruit, train and develop gaming team members.
- Collaborate with Venue Manager and leadership team.
- Deliver a welcoming and responsible guest experience.
