Wests Group Macarthur is seeking a proactive Gaming Coordinator to join the Gaming Operations team in Sydney’s South-West. You will support day-to-day coordination, compliance, presentation and performance of gaming across the Group, handling four installations and contributing to reporting, audits, loyalty, promotions and floor movements.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Gaming Coordinator to join our Gaming Operations team. Working closely with the Gaming Management Team, you will support the day-to-day coordination, compliance, presentation and performance of gaming operations across the Group. This role suits someone who is passionate about gaming operations, enjoys working with data and systems, and is motivated to improve processes and results. You will support four gaming installations comprising 885 machines and contribute to reporting, audits, loyalty programs, promotions, installations and floor movements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Gaming Management Team.
• Assist with regulatory compliance, audits and gaming-related reporting.
• Coordinate gaming machine floor moves, conversions and installations as required.
• Support promotions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor operational information and identify opportunities to improve performance and the member experience.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for gaming-related coordination across the business.

• Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience with gaming systems or analysis software; Aristocrat experience is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations, compliance and promotions.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively and flexibly, including regular early-morning installations and occasional late-night projects.
