Brown Jug Inn in Fairfield Heights, Western Sydney is seeking a Gaming Manager to oversee the gaming room and foster a friendly, welcoming environment for locals. The role involves hands-on responsibilities, compliance with gaming rules, and leadership to ensure top-tier service across shifts.

The position offers a base salary of $79,600 plus super, with a bonus scheme and group-wide discounts within the Endeavour Group network. RSA/RCG/ARCG credentials are required per state regulations.

Qualifications

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
• You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
• You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
• You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
• You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
• You’ve got a current RSA, RCG and ARCG as per state requirements

We’re on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot our locals love.

Located in Fairfield Heights, Brown Jug Hotel (a Nightcap Hotels location) is a vibrant Western Sydney favorite. The venue features an acclaimed on-site Vietnamese restaurant (Ly's Kitchen), a high-energy Sports Bar, full TAB facilities, regular live events, and modern guest accommodation. It’s a go-to local hub known for great food, cold drinks, and genuine community hospitality.
