Job summary

Australian Venue Co. on the Gold Coast and Beenleigh venues is seeking a Gaming Manager to own and optimise gaming operations across the venues. You will lead a gaming team, drive revenue and ensure compliant, responsible gambling practices while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong commercial sense and the ability to manage peak periods, with support from venue leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Gaming Manager or senior gaming role.
• Strong understanding of Queensland gaming compliance and responsible gambling.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
• Willing to obtain required certificates to operate.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day gaming operations and maintain a strong floor presence.
• Drive gaming revenue, performance and KPIs.
• Review results and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Support gaming promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Queensland gaming legislation and responsible gambling requirements.
• Maintain harm-minimisation and self-exclusion procedures.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop gaming team members.
