The Ettamogah Hotel in Kellyville Ridge is seeking a Gaming Manager to lead the gaming room with energy and a guest-first approach. A hands-on role involves lifting/moving stock as part of daily duties, ensuring compliance and safe gaming at all times.

You will be the face of the gaming room, building rapport with regulars, collaborating with the Publican, and mentoring the team to deliver top-notch service and lively experiences for guests.

Formación

• Current RSA, RCG and ARC Gas per state requirements.
• Experience in gaming room operations, attendants/supervisor/manager level.

We’re on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot our locals love.

Located in the heart of Kellyville Ridge, The Ettamogah Hotel is an iconic, modern venue boasting a massive undercover courtyard and multiple premium dining areas. We are seeking energetic hospitality professionals to join our team. Whether we’re hosting special events, serving up intimate dinners, or keeping the drinks flowing during live gigs, we offer a dynamic, fast-paced, and exciting work environment.

A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:

• Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
• Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
• Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
• Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift

Inherent requirements:

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

• You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
• You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
• You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
• You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
• You’ve got a current RSA, RCG and ARCGas per state requirements
