Job summary

Redcape Hospitality is seeking an experienced Gaming Manager for Argenton Hotel in Lake Macquarie. You will own the gaming department from day one, lead a dedicated team, and collaborate with area managers to drive trade and growth.

This full-time role offers hands-on leadership, strong support from a gaming leadership group, and a pathway as the Newcastle chapter expands with planned 2027 renovations.

Redcape is growing fast across Newcastle and the Hunter, with six venues and teams still being built. We’re looking for an experienced, people-centric Gaming Manager to join the venue leadership team at Argenton Hotel in Lake Macquarie and lead gaming from day one.
