Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to provide on-site support for gaming machines across NSW, including Parramatta. You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain EGMs and MTGMs while delivering excellent customer service. Travel interstate or internationally may be required.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar field, strong fault-finding skills, and a valid driver's licence. A technical certification is advantageous and training will be provided for venue staff

Qualifications

• 5+ years exposure to EGMs, MTGMs and utility products in a support or maintenance capacity.
• Knowledge of gaming industry regulations and operating procedures.
• Formal technical certification is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform field installations, conversions and upgrades to a high standard.
• Record and report all work completed, ensuring data is collated.
• Develop and deliver operator and technical training to venue staff as required.
• Escalate faults promptly to maintain customer service.
• Manage work schedules to satisfy customer and sales team needs.
• Provide weekly reports on operational field issues.
• Tag and process returned parts, perform fault-finding and repair testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and reduce turnaround times.
