Job summary

Moama Bowling Club is seeking enthusiastic Gaming and Bar Attendants to deliver friendly service on the Gaming Floor and at the bars, handling cash with precision and assisting guests with confidence.

Ideal candidates hold NSW RSA and RCG certificates, can work nights and weekends, and present professionally with strong interpersonal skills and calm under pressure. Gaming experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold NSW RSA certificate
• Must hold NSW RCG certificate
• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional standard of personal presentation
• Proven cash handling experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Previous gaming experience preferred but not essential

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Gaming and Bar Attendants to join our dynamic team.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high levels of customer service on the Gaming Floor and Bars

• Cash handling duties and accurate transaction processing

• Responding to gaming enquiries and assisting guests with confidence

• Operating Keno and cashier services

• Carrying out poker machine maintenance and providing drink service

• Supporting the Gaming team with bar service

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone who is motivated, reliable and enjoys working in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• A current NSW Responsible Conduct of Gaming Certificate (RCG)
