Job summary

ST GEORGE HOTEL BELMORE is seeking a proactive Gaming Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the gaming floor. You will lead staff, ensure exceptional customer service and uphold strict gaming compliance, cash handling, and presentation standards.

This rotating roster role requires flexibility to work day, night and weekend shifts, with hands-on management across gaming and venue operations. If you have strong attention to detail and a calm, professional approach, we’d like to hear from

Qualifications

Previous experience in a gaming venue is essential.
RSA/RCG and other relevant gaming qualifications as required.
Strong knowledge of NSW gaming compliance and responsible gambling requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operation of the gaming floor and ensure smooth service throughout the shift.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and experience.
Ensure the gaming room is clean, organised, safe and presented to a high standard at all times.
Ensure food and beverage service is maintained appropriately within venue procedures.
Supervise and support gaming staff during shifts.
Support responsible conduct of gambling and harm-minimisation practices.
Assist with cash handling, cash reconciliation and gaming-related financial procedures.
Complete opening and closing procedures accurately and securely.
Ensure the venue remains compliant with company standards and relevant NSW liquor and gaming requirements.
