Australian Venue Co. is seeking a friendly Gaming Attendant to join Birallee Tavern and support a safe, compliant gaming experience for guests. You will monitor operations, promote responsible gambling and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth venue functioning.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and outstanding guest service, with shifts including evenings and weekends to meet venue needs. Training and development opportunities across 260+ venues are available.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a gaming attendant role or strong understanding of gaming operations.
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certification, or willingness to obtain it.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A reliable, professional approach and ability to work independently.
Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Providing friendly, professional service to guests in the gaming room.
Monitoring gaming operations and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and venue procedures.
Promoting responsible gambling practices and following all required compliance processes.
Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented gaming area.
Responding to guest enquiries and assisting with any concerns professionally.
Completing gaming-related administration and compliance checks accurately.
Working closely with the wider team to support smooth venue operations.
