Job summary

ALH, part of Endeavour Group, is seeking a proactive TAB & Gaming Attendant at Glengala Hotel in Melbourne. You will welcome guests, support responsible gaming and RSA compliance, and assist with gaming operations. The role requires flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Ideal candidates are people-focused, detail-oriented, and able to handle cash tasks and stock movements. A positive attitude and team spirit are essential to join our supportive network of venues.

Qualifications

• RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications are required.
• Experience working TAB is preferred.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a welcoming, friendly manner.
• Uphold responsible service of alcohol and gaming regulatory requirements (RSA/RCG).
• Handle machine payouts and cash in accordance with policies.
