Job summary

Moama Bowling Club is seeking enthusiastic Gaming and Bar Attendants to join our team. You will deliver high levels of customer service on the Gaming Floor and at the Bar, handle cash, and support the Gaming team with efficient service.

The ideal candidate will hold NSW RCg and RSA certificates, be available for nights, weekends and public holidays, and thrive in a busy, team-focused venue along the Murray River. A genuine commitment to safety and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold NSW RCg (Responsible Conduct of Gaming) certificate.
• Must hold NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cash handling duties and accurate transaction processing.
• Respond to gaming enquiries and assist guests with confidence.
• Operate Keno and cashier services.
• Carry out poker machine maintenance and provide drink service.
• Support the Gaming team with bar service.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Follow all RSA, RCG and Club compliance procedures.

• Delivering high levels of customer service on the Gaming Floor and Bars
• Cash handling duties and accurate transaction processing
• Responding to gaming enquiries and assisting guests with confidence
• Operating Keno and cashier services
• Carrying out poker machine maintenance and providing drink service
• Supporting the Gaming team with bar service
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
• Following all RSA, RCG and Club compliance procedures
