Ballina RSL Club is recruiting for a Bar & Gaming Attendant to deliver exceptional service to our members and guests. Join a refreshed venue with a modern gaming room and a supportive team culture. As a Bar & Gaming Attendant, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences for our patrons.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing friendly and professional customer service while building rapport with patrons

Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with RSA requirements

Processing gaming payouts efficiently and accurately

Adhering to all RSA and RCG requirements and regulations

Responding promptly to gaming machine player requests

Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming gaming environment

Serving quality beverages and food products to a consistently high standard

Maintaining professional presentation standards at all times

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering great service.

To be successful, you'll have:

A current RSA and RCG

Previous bar experience is preferred

Beeager to learnand develop your skills

Strong customer service skills and a genuine enjoyment of engaging with members and guests from diverse backgrounds

The ability to remain calm, adaptable and professional under pressure

Have availability to work evenings & late nights up until 2am (if you're studying this is a great opportunity)
