Job summary

Wesley Mission in Melbourne region is seeking an Intake and Triage Support Officer to provide brief, solution-focused phone-based support and manage the intake process for individuals and families affected by gambling harm.

You will coordinate client registration, scheduling, data entry and initial assessments, ensuring smooth transitions into GambleAware services with a welcoming and organized experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified in community services, social work, or counselling with relevant field.
• Experience using brief solution-focused approaches with vulnerable people.
• Experience in intake processes and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Manage client intake including registration and scheduling.
