Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. in Sydney is seeking a motivated sales professional to join the client-facing team. The role focuses on business development, onboarding new clients, and expanding trading activity within CFDs and FX.

You will work with the Client Facing, Dealing, Marketing, and Global Payment teams to deliver exceptional service to a growing client base. Experience in CFDs/FX is preferred but not essential; new graduates will be considered.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2C/B2B sales and business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn complex products quickly.
• Proactive, KPI-driven with target achievement.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and initiate business development strategies to grow the retail and wholesale client base.
• Represent StoneX at seminars, events, and client meetings.
• Maintain an accurate, high-integrity sales pipeline and forecast.
• Support onboarding and ongoing client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Dealing, Marketing and Research.
