You’ll receive leadership training from our Learning and Development team, contribute to a positive working environment, meet budgets and P&L expectations, and mentor new starters to help them reach their full potential while

• Leadership experience or potential
• People management awareness
• Budgeting and P&L mindset

Responsabilités

• Maintain a One Best Way business including operating systems
• Meet shop budgets and P&L expectations
• Train your new-starters and provide ongoing development after their New Starter Training
• Receive leadership training from our Learning and Development team who will help set you up for success
• Create and contribute to a positive working environment
• Motivate your team to reach their full potential
• Model the way with Flight Centre Travel Group’s values of ownership, egalitarianism and irreverence
• Be your team’s go-to person for all the curly questions
