FCM Canberra is seeking a Future Team Leader who will grow their leadership skills while continuing to deliver outstanding travel services. You’ll work closely with your Team Leader to coach Travel Consultants, manage performance and keep client relationships thriving.

Qualifications

• Lead-by-example leadership to motivate others.

• Minimum 2 years’ proven sales success as a Corporate Travel Manager or Retail Travel Consultant.
