Flight Centre Travel Group in Canberra is seeking experienced Travel Consultants to join the FCM team, managing end-to-end travel for a government portfolio with Sabre GDS. The role emphasizes accuracy, client relationships and adherence to SLAs in a dynamic travel environment.

You will work in a team-focused office with 2 days per week from home, balancing flexibility with high service standards and sales excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Manager.
• High level of GDS proficiency, preferably Sabre.
• Strong attention to detail when managing complex itineraries.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Sharp business acumen with a drive for sales and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including international air, car, hotel and ground transportation bookings using Sabre GDS.
• Handle complex fares, ticket exchanges, Phase IVs and itinerary changes accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with your dedicated portfolio of corporate clients.
• Meet designated SLAs while delivering exceptional service standards.
• Follow account-specific guidelines and company procedures for ticketing and GDS productivity.
• Collaborate with and support fellow team members to ensure seamless client servicing.

We're looking for experienced Travel Consultants to join our expanding FCM team in Canberra, managing travel arrangements for a dedicated Government portfolio.

Responsibilities

Training wage guarantee of $75,000 pa + super for your first 6 months
