Job summary

Metso is seeking an experienced Future Talent Program Advisor to deliver and improve apprentice, graduate, trainee and internship programs across the Asia Pacific region. You will coordinate activities, partner with leaders and education providers, and help shape a thriving talent pipeline.

You will work with diverse stakeholders, manage program administration, and contribute to continuous improvement of our talent strategy while supporting recruitment and participant development.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting apprenticeship, graduate, trainee, internship or talent development programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experience partnering with leaders across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of training frameworks and development pathways.
• Strong reporting, administration and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice, coordination and support across Future Talent Programs.
• Partner with leaders to support participant development and program outcomes.
• Build relationships with participants, supervisors and education providers.
• Support talent attraction and employer branding activities.
• Monitor program performance, compliance and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to the evolution of Metso's Future Talent strategy.
