Job summary

Metso is seeking an experienced Future Talent Program Advisor to deliver and improve apprentice, graduate, trainee and internship programs across the Asia Pacific region. You will coordinate activities, partner with leaders and education providers, and help shape a thriving talent pipeline.

You will work with diverse stakeholders, manage program administration, and contribute to continuous improvement of our talent strategy while supporting recruitment and participant development.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting apprenticeship, graduate, trainee, internship or talent development programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experience partnering with leaders across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of training frameworks and development pathways.
• Strong reporting, administration and project coordination skills.

Working across multiple countries and cultures, you will partner with leaders, participants and education providers to drive successful program outcomes and strengthen Metso's future talent pipeline.

About the Role

Reporting to the Talent & Development Manager, you will provide advice, coordination and support across a portfolio of Future Talent Programs while building strong relationships with operational leaders, HR teams and external education partners throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of apprentice, graduate, trainee, intern and other early career programs.
• Partnering with leaders to support participant development, engagement and successful program outcomes.
• Building strong relationships with participants, supervisors, education providers and industry partners.
• Supporting talent attraction, workforce pipeline initiatives and employer branding activities.
• Monitoring program performance, compliance and reporting requirements.
• Contributing to the ongoing evolution of Metso's Future Talent strategy and participant experience.

You are a relationship-focused professional who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders and influencing positive outcomes. You combine strong organisational skills with the ability to build credibility, provide guidance and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

You will bring:
