Job summary

Metso is seeking an experienced Future Talent Program Advisor to deliver, develop and continuously improve apprentice, graduate, trainee, intern and early careers programs across the Asia Pacific region. This role partners with leaders, participants and education providers to drive outcomes and strengthen Metso's future talent pipeline.

Reporting to the Talent & Development Manager, you will coordinate across multiple countries, contribute to program design, governance, and employer branding

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting apprenticeship, graduate, trainee, internship or other talent development programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experience partnering with leaders and working across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of training frameworks, education providers and development pathways.
• Strong reporting, administration and project coordination skills.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122).
• A continuous improvement mindset and passion for developing future talent.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of apprentice, graduate, trainee, intern and other early career programs.
• Partnering with leaders to support participant development, engagement and successful program outcomes.
• Building strong relationships with participants, supervisors, education providers and industry partners.
• Supporting talent attraction, workforce pipeline initiatives and employer branding activities.
• Monitoring program performance, compliance and reporting requirements.
• Contributing to the ongoing evolution of Metso's Future Talent strategy and participant experience.
