Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting across engineering and manufacturing including hardware/software.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management in fast-paced or scaling environments.
• Track record hiring engineers in complex, consultative selling contexts such as robotics or high-growth tech.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electronics and robotics.
• Partner with Engineering and Commercial leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent strategies.
• Proactively source, engage, and pipeline top talent globally, focusing on hard-to-find, high-impact skills.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience reflecting our innovation-driven culture.
• Leverage recruitment data to continuously improve hiring performance and efficiency.
• Design sourcing strategies to attract enterprise and technical sales professionals with solution selling experience.
• Partner with Leadership to define ideal candidate profiles and calibrate pipelines accordingly.
