Job summary

Stewart House is seeking a fundraising partnerships support coordinator to own donor data, support and follow-up across gifts, proposals and partnerships. You will work with the CEO and Partnerships and Marketing Manager, with your work visible to the Board's Fundraising Committee.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in coordination or partnerships support.
• Accurate data handling and record-keeping.
• Proficient with databases, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with external supporters.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks.
• Professional judgement and discretion with supporter information.
• Experience in not-for-profit sector or with CRM systems (Salesforce) is valued.
• Working with Children Check and National Police Check current.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor database and uphold accuracy standards.
• Record and track donations through receipting with Finance.
• Prepare proposals, briefs and stewardship reports for CEO and manager.
• Maintain donor and partnership pipeline with current records.
• Coordinate fundraising appeals, supporter communications and events.
• Support donor stewardship activities and scheduling.
• Assist prospect research and identify fundraising opportunities.
• Support development of fundraising processes and templates.
• Provide papers and follow‑up for the Board's Fundraising Committee.
• Be the first contact for supporter inquiries and escalate as needed.
