Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Strong communication skills and data-informed approach.
• Experience handling confidential information and coordinating campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manages UWFH Workplace Campaign fundraising, stewarding ECCs and accounts.
• Works with the CEO on corporate support opportunities.
• Prepare and execute fall and spring mailings and digital solicitation appeals.
• Support growth of individual donor base.
• Use data to drive results; analyze campaign performance and donor data.
• Organize the campaign kickoff and the annual meeting.
• Provide staffing and logistical support for committee activities.
• Regularly reports on campaign progress to the CEO.
