Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a curious Data Analyst to transform supporter and fundraising data into actionable insights. You will support data-driven decision making across fundraising, analyse supporter behavior, campaign performance and trends, and deliver dashboards and reports.

Hybrid work with a NSW-based role, reporting to the Fundraising Database Manager. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data analysis, strong SQL, Power BI skills, CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and a

Qualifications

5+ years of data analysis and/or data management experience.
Strong data extraction, transformation and analysis skills (SQL or similar).
Experience with data warehouses and large datasets.
Dashboard/reporting experience using Power BI or similar.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Experience analysing campaign, customer or supporter performance.

Responsibilities

Analyse supporter behavior, fundraising performance and donor trends.
Ensure data quality, integrity and consistency across fundraising reporting and outputs.
Develop audience segmentation and insights for targeted campaigns.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations.
Analyse campaign ROI, retention and lifetime value.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve fundraising performance.
Support predictive and behavioural analysis and translate insights into recommendations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
Advocate data-led decision making across fundraising.
