Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a curious and commercially minded Data Analyst to turn supporter data into actionable insights for fundraising. Based in Allambie Heights with hybrid arrangements, you will support data-driven decision making, analyse donor trends and campaign performance, and create dashboards for fundraising across Salesforce and related systems.

You will bring 5+ years of data analysis experience, strong SQL, data warehousing knowledge and a passion for turning data into

Qualifications

5+ years of data analysis and/or data management experience.
Strong SQL or similar querying languages.
Experience with data warehouses, data models and large datasets.
Dashboard and reporting experience using tools such as Power BI or similar.
Experience with CRM systems, with Salesforce highly regarded.
Experience analysing campaign, customer or supporter performance.
Experience evaluating campaign tests and optimization opportunities.

Responsibilities

Analyse supporter behaviour, fundraising performance and donor trends.
Ensure data quality, integrity and consistency across fundraising reporting and analytical outputs.
Develop audience segmentation and insights to support targeted campaigns and supporter journeys.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations.
Analyse campaign performance, ROI, retention and lifetime value.
Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve fundraising performance.
Support predictive and behavioural analysis.
Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
Partner with fundraising stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
Champion data-led decision making across the fundraising function.
Help optimise business intelligence and reporting capabilities across Salesforce and other fundraising systems.
Leverage AI enabled and other contemporary analytical tools to improve reporting and insights.
