Job summary

Leukaemia Foundation is seeking an experienced Individual Giving Coordinator to connect with supporters and grow our Individual Giving program. You will manage fundraising campaigns, donor communications and supporter engagement across channels, contributing to exceptional donor experiences.

You’ll work across offices in Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne or Brisbane, with up to 40% of work from home. Prior fundraising, marketing or project coordination experience is essential, along with strong data

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, marketing or project coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns or communications.
• Confidence with CRM systems, data and reporting tools (Salesforce highly regarded).
• High attention to detail and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fundraising campaigns and donor communications across multiple channels.
• Support acquisition, retention and stewardship initiatives that grow supporter engagement and fundraising outcomes.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Manage campaign administration, reporting, data segmentation and performance analysis.
• Foster positive donor experiences and identify opportunities to enhance supporter journeys.
