Job summary

Barnardos Australia is seeking an organised Individual Giving Coordinator to manage and optimise donor campaigns across cash and regular giving streams. You will coordinate multi-channel fundraising activities, monitor performance, and help strengthen long-term supporter engagement while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

You should bring experience in fundraising, marketing or campaign coordination, excellent written communication, and a solid understanding of donor

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns (direct mail, digital, telemarketing, email, social media).
• Strong project management and organisational skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience using fundraising databases/CRM systems.
• A genuine commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fundraising campaigns from planning through evaluation across Cash Giving and Regular Giving.
• Coordinate donor acquisition, retention, reactivation and upgrade initiatives.
• Monitor performance, contribute to donor journeys and strengthen long-term supporter engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to execute campaigns.
