Cater Care Group is seeking a Functions Supervisor for Peppermint Grove, WA. This casual role supports a premium events team across a school campus, coordinating events from setup to service with hands-on leadership.

You’ll lead event teams, manage rosters, brief and develop staff, and ensure exceptional service, food presentation and dietary compliance. Join a national, Australian‑owned catering provider with growth opportunities.

We’re now looking for an experienced Functions Supervisor to join our team.

Working alongside the Site Manager, you’ll help coordinate and deliver a variety of events across the school campus. This is a hands-on role where your leadership, organisation and hospitality experience will make a real difference.

Whether it’s an intimate meeting, casual tea, formal dinner or major school celebration, you’ll help ensure every event is well organised, beautifully presented and delivered to a high standard.
