Job summary

Cater Care is seeking an experienced Barista at a private girls’ school in Perth. Based at Peppermint Grove, you will manage two café outlets, craft espresso drinks, and deliver excellent service during school terms.

This permanent part-time role offers a Monday–Friday roster aligned with school terms, with free onsite parking and access to public transport. You’ll be supported by ongoing training and a collaborative team culture.

Cater Care is looking for an experienced Barista who enjoys great coffee, quality service and working as part of a team.

Based at a private girls’ school in Perth, you’ll work across two café outlets, preparing coffee and beverages, serving customers and supporting daily hospitality operations.

The role offers consistent school-term hours in a friendly and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare consistently high-quality espresso coffee and specialty beverages
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service to students, staff, and visitors
• Assist with food preparation, recess and lunch service, and café operations
• Support functions and conference catering across campus
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times
