Cater Care Group is seeking a Functions Supervisor for Peppermint Grove, WA. This casual role supports a premium events team across a school campus, coordinating events from setup to service with hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hospitality teams and functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead event teams from setup through to service and pack-down.
• Coordinate staff and rosters for each event.
• Brief, support and develop the hospitality team.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to deliver great experiences.
• Maintain high food, service, presentation and dietary standards.
• Keep events running smoothly, managing operations, budgets and issues.
