Job summary

Gather by Cater Care, in partnership with a Perth school, seeks an experienced Functions Supervisor to support the Site Manager in delivering functions and events across the campus. You will lead the team through intimate meetings to large dinners, ensuring every function is delivered safely, professionally and to a high standard.

Based in Peppermint Grove, WA, the role offers a casual roster with a $30/hour base rate plus casual loading and penalty rates.

• Lead event operations from preparation through to pack-down
• Coordinate and roster catering staff
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure food quality, service and dietary requirements are met
• Monitor event operations and budgets, resolving issues as required
