Job summary

The Stag Public House in Adelaide's East End is seeking a Functions & Events Coordinator to lead our busy events calendar. You will plan and execute functions end-to-end, coordinating enquiries, walk-throughs, run sheets, staffing and post-event reporting.

As the main point of contact for hosts, you’ll ensure seamless communication with our FOH and BOH teams, lead on-shift service, and keep the function spaces presentation-ready with clear briefings and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• RSA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to manage multiple events concurrently.

The Stag Public House is one of Adelaide’s most iconic hospitality venues. Sitting in the heart of the East End, our upstairs function spaces host everything from intimate dinners to large-scale parties. We’re looking for an organised, service-driven professional to lead our functions program and deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests.

What You’ll Do

Plan and execute functions end-to-end: from enquiries and walk-throughs to run sheets, staffing and post-event reporting.
